v The Student Chapter won the "Outstanding Chapter Award."

v Mary Spain, Administrative Assistant, LSCC Library, won the $300 IAAP Scholarship for the highest overall testing; 2005-2006 Outstanding Student Award; $50 Speech Award; and Computer Systems Award. 

 

Spain was also given a bracelet in recognition of passing the CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) exam last May.  Mrs. Spain is a graduate of Lawson State Community College (2006), Business and Information Technologies Department.

 

v Karen Eisenberg, also participated in all four events and was rewarded a Certificate of Participation.
